I am a full time, experienced real estate agent who has worked throughout the Inland Empire in the counties of Riverside and San Bernardino for many years. During the market crash, I sold REO homes for a many bank for 5 year. In the past few years, I have specialized mainly in the “Senior Market 55+” areas in Beaumont, Banning and Calimesa.
I LOVE Real Estate and it is my goal to do my absolute best for my clients. When I get referrals from happy clients after they close escrow, this is such a great compliment. Great at marketing listings for sellers and a fair but tough negotiator for my clients. My goal is to get the best price and the quickest time in escrow. Hard work, good communications and closing the deal is my commitment to my clients; to both sellers and buyers.
Before I was a Realtor®, I earned my Bachelor of Art degree at the University of California Riverside. Then I spent 27 years in Law Enforcement. I also belong to several real estate organizations volunteering and helping others to become good leaders and successful realtors. I was the Women’s Council of Realtors East Valley President in 2015 and have held a Board of Director’s position for the past 9 years. Also, I was the East Valley Association of Realtors Membership Chair for 4 years and still sit on the board. I love giving back to my community and volunteer at the Redlands Assistance League 2-3 times a month working at their thrift shop and assisting with Operation School Bell. I also give my clients some staging advice to make their homes even more marketable.
